Incredibly helpful and wonderful staff. Friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our experience was top notch. The location is fantastic. I loved the the restaurant PURE. Excellent food and service. Fresh and healthy and very affordable. As a Puerto Rican, I love our cuisine but...it was so nice to have healthier alternatives. The decor was really nice. I loved the fridge! Very spacious.
Not at all HiBird's fault, but unfortunately there is a lot of construction across the street, this makes walking on ashford a bit challenging. Not to mention the noise. Again, no fault of HiBird's.

Everything. The area is nice the hotel is clean. Loved every second we had a room with a jacuzzi and it was so nice. Staff was amazing too, very friendly

Location was good - near the beach (with free sunbeds to use) and the restaurants. Swimming pools were pleasant, though filled with a lot of sand. Spacious room. The soaps in the bathroom were lovely.
The AC - it honestly sounded like a truck. It did little for the humidity in the room. The bed was very soft, which I’m not a fan of, especially as when it’s warm (the AC goes on and off). It cost A LOT for 2 nights and not really worth it in my opinion, but my options were limited.
