Pool cabana staff - excellent and great and attentive
No champagne upon entry. Pool way over crowded - most were not guests of the hotel. No guard at beach entrance - let all non -guests in. Elevator in Gym was wonky and unsafe - door slammed back and stuck in there 5 min. No lifeguard at beach from 9-5pm. Beach towel service was closed

Good location, excellent concierge.
Small dark room, with a view of a parking lot. Very expensive for what you get.
