I would recommend this hotel!! Loved our room, and the staff

Loved the room, the bed the staff. Should have eaten in the restaurant. Parking was great!!

The pool regretfully was closed, and there really wasn't any "pool type chairs" there.

Great location

The breakfast brought to the room was great, the kitchen area was also fantastic.

My only complaint was that there were a pair of socks left inside the pullout couch leading us to believe the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned or checked.

Good location. Everything was pretty close so we didn’t spend a lot for transportation. The staff was very knowledgeable about nearby attractions.

The pool is tiny and located on the rooftop which is also a restaurant so i couldn’t really access it as much as i would’ve liked to. It’s literally in the middle of the restaurant, kinda awkward to be in a swimsuit while everyone else is dressed up for dinner. Also, there was a roach crawling on our bed a few minutes after checking in the first day so that kinda rubbed us the wrong way. We decided to stay since we were only booked for 2 nights.

A spacious, clean apartment with friendly staff

Clean and large rooms with a comfortable bed, large TV and dining area. Good shower with hot water. We enjoyed having breakfast served to our room and the space to relax freely. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a lovely place but not worth the money tbh.

The pool on the rooftop was more for show as there were no sunbeds and no one swimming while the restaurant was open. We managed a quick dip before 11am when no one was around but it wasn't the relaxing infinity pool I was hoping for. Breakfast was decent but our orders were wrong on both mornings. The phone in the room didn't work so we had to physically go downstairs to talk to staff.

Maybe the rooftop bar is worth a visit but the hotel is not worth the money they are charging.

The hotel is 5 blocks away from the famous Santurce Art Walk area. There is a great view from the rooftop area. I like the breakfast being delivered to the room in the morning however the rooms are very small and the tiny table in the corner is built in and facing a wall so if there were two people in the room you’d have no other choice but to eat on the bed. Would have been nice to have the option of eating at the rooftop tables

The rooftop pool is small and is in the middle of the rooftop restaurant area. It’s not relaxing or private to be in the pool while diners are at the bar or eating at the tables. Very disappointing. The ‘luxury suites’ in the name are a misnomer and while the staff were friendly and helpful this hotel is definitely not value for money. While it’s near the street mural area this hotel is very isolated and not in a tourist area. Low level of security. No keys needed to walk into the driveway and up the fire exits doors to whatever level you want, or to use the lift. I asked for milk with breakfast but I never received any and while the guy who delivered the food said he’d bring some back for me- he never did. Unless you have your own streaming service subscriptions then the TV is nearly useless- most of the free channels didn’t work.

Paula was amazing. She should be the face of the hotel. Very warm and friendly. Loved the size of the family suite.

Wierd that the pool was in the middle of an upscale restaurant. Made the kids feel a little off. Ways away from restaurants that are family friendly.

Great staff! Nice large room, but overpriced, we paid 450$ per night.

Nice restaurant on the roof, but very loud restaurant guests who smoke in front of the hotel make a fuss and noise until late in night.

Great for a quick stay and about right for the price I paid.

The staff was really great and the facilities was clean. You also get a complimentary basic breakfast with your room.

Room had no windows and one whole wall was covered with a curtain. it did seem to have a patio door but was hidden by the curtain and seemed to be shared space with other rooms. It was a bit crowded with furniture. I say it was a Great economy room, would not call it luxurious.

it was in a rough looking area.. Also one of the elevator broke while someone was inside. very scary because the elevator dropped but caught back on the track… I was so nervous about the elevator the rest of my stay…

Disastrous hotel. Don't stay there.

The small balcony with a great view of the neighborhood.

Ciqala is not a four star hotel. Not by a long shot. Booking should send an inspector to verify for itself. Among its shortcomings are the follwoing. 1.An awful smell that must come from fungi growing on the wall behind the bed. We really feared getting sick. See the attached photograph. 2. No Wifi in the bedroom. 3, Television with no news channels, such as CNN 4. Very poor breakfast, delivered to the bedroom.
