Our spring break was very joyful and pleasant Felt like home. My kids love it.

This place is amazing. I loved everything about it. Good variety of Breakfast. The staff very helpful, professional and fast. The pool is beautiful, gym is great. Olive Garden right around the corner. T mobile District has everything food games etc, perfect for the family. The location is perfect.

Disappointing

My items were discarded by housekeeping staff. I was assured I would receive credit after providing receipts of all my purchases, however the final bill did not include the credit. I am frustrated with my experience with housekeeping discarding my bag, which included souvenirs and items I bought.

El nombre Hyatt merece más!

La comida estaba muy rica. Las camas muy cómodas.

El primer día pedí dos toallas porque faltaban en la habitación y no las llevaron nunca. El tercer día no nos hicieron limpieza y cuando llamé a decir simplemente dijeron que no había ido el personal a trabajar, no sacaron la basura ni cambiaron las toallas, por lo que tuve que insistir para que lo hicieran. La piscina era muy oscura en horas de la noche, no se veía absolutamente nada. En general en Puerto Rico no tuve una buena experiencia con el servicio. Son alegres por su cultura, pero no tienen actitud de servicio. Parece que no son conscientes de su potencial como lugar turístico... :(

Avoid at all costs

The shuttle bus

The room was dirty, and we had to request servicing when we returned daily at 4 pm. There was dirt on the carpet/floor for 3 days (see photo); the beds were not made properly and the cabinetry in the room was old and battered (photos). Finally, the housekeeping manager responded on the 4th day and the room was cleaned properly (and our sheets changed). The WiFi was erratic. The cabinetry in the room was substandard; two doors were falling off their hinges (fridge cupboard door and closet door). We emailed [email protected] and a week later, no response. The breakfast was basic; in a 7 day stay, we went twice and concluded that it wasn’t worth the effort of getting up. Nothing but rubbery scrambled eggs, sausages one day and ‘Canadian turkey bacon’ the next, tepid coffee in pump action thermoses, one choice of cereal and fruit that hadn’t been cut up properly. Very very disappointing experience for a Hyatt.

Viaggio di lavoro. Camera spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa. Colazione varia e di qualità, personale gentile. Posizione ragionevolmente vicina all'aeroporto. Locali per cenare comodi da raggiungere a piedi. Il centro città è a 10 minuti di auto.

Not worth staying more than a night and not worth the money.

Very convenient location next to the conference center. The food was pretty good from the cafe! The pool area is decent with a good play area for children.

They put me as a no show even though I called them and said that my flight was delayed and they said they had noted it in my booking. The air conditioning didn’t work properly and the room always felt moist - you can’t open a window for fresh air. They didn’t clean my room most days and when I asked if they could they said maybe we could but the staff left at 5. The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired - stale and lacking in choice.

Excelente estancia, una magnífica experiencia con un buen alojamiento para descansar

Las habitaciones son amplias, La ubicación es buena La atención del personal es excelente. La piscina nos gustó el desayuno estaba bien, muy buen café El servicio del transporte al centro histórico excelente

El costo Que en el servicio de autobús al centro histórico pongan discursos y rezos cristianos (bueno de cualquier religión, tampoco está bien, esas cuestiones deben ser privadas y no imponerlas a todos los pasajeros)

Lo necesario para una Estadía Perfecta en San Juan.

EL Hotel, es moderno, muy bien cuidado y súper Limpio. La Cama Cómoda, linda vista, el espacio es perfecto. Lo Mejor, el personal! todos son maravillosos! El Desayuno Súper completo, y el hotel tiene una ubicación estratégica, cerca del centro de convenciones, Distrito T Mobile, Supermercados , restaurantes y a 8 min del viejo San Juan en UBER. Si les gusta caminar, pueden llegar a condado, su disfrutar de sus playas, sus tiendas, muchos sitios para comer y también caminando se llega a la playa escambrón. Todo GENIAL

Breakfast was top notch, the place was clean, centrally located, staff was wonderful.

Great location if you're interested in seeing old San Juan, going to the beach and just being in a central location. The shuttle was great, breakfast was amazing and facilities were beautiful.

The pool was closed one day which made me sad because I loved the pool area, it was also great for kids and adults too.

The property was great very clean room is very comfortable and clean staff. They were amazing very nice people. The bar on site bar food was good also shuttle, which was a real plus.

Excellent overnight hotel , best we have found in San Juan.

Best value we have found in San Juan where we have stayed numerous times and where hotels are generally overpriced and poor. This is the best of its type we have found. Dont be put off by the 3 star rating, This is better than any so called4 star we have stayed at in San Juan. Great overnight hotel.

Nothing bad , the snack food could be better but there are good eateries nearby. Its not really a vacation hotel, not on the beach etc but you would save a lot over the beach hotels which generally dont have such nice rooms and it's close by.

Excelente para vacaciones familiares con niños

Lo mejor fue la piscina con el tobogán de agua, excelente, los niños lo pasaron super bien. Ubicación excelente , cercano al viejo San Juan (cuentan con bus de acercamiento gratuito), cercano al distrito T-mobile, Desayuno bueno, normal, podría mejorar, pero es muy aceptable

El sonido del extractor de aire durante las noches, no había forma de apagarlo. Cerrando la puerta del baño se minimizaba en algo el sonido y se podía dormir aceptablemente

Breakfast was great quite a few options…pool was amazing bar made it even better…rooms cozy beds comfy…

Having to wait in checkin or check out line while trying to validate parking to leave sucks especially when your in a rush…

Decent but poor location to see anything.

It was fine however rather ordinary. I honestly expected a bit better. Nothing particularly bad but nothing particularly good either. Not really close to anything walking distance. Except I discovered a hotel near that had a big casino and a T-mobile center with a movie theater and some restaurants inside. But these were modern that could be anywhere but saved the day for me. I would say it is for business meeting at nearby convention center. I would choose elsewhere next time.

Left very tired.

Reservation was two rooms king beds and one room two queen beds. Placed on two different floors checked in and was not told that they only had one king room ( checked in early but didn’t get rooms till later).Hotel sponsored a Graduation and prom with very loud music till one am no guests were informed that they would be required to listen to loud music till one. They tiled floor was wet due to excessive humidity and AC had to lay down towels so as not to slip.
