The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The air conditioning was excellent, and the room was comfortable. The location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and other attractions in Condado. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Our room was located close to the elevator, and we could hear a noticeable banging noise from that area throughout the day and night. A room farther away from the elevator would have made our stay more comfortable.

1 pool/ slow lines for front desk, / beach was too far from the hotel/very bad views.. I didn't even want to go on the balcony. This is not a great Mariott and Mariott is my favorite hotel since the 90's.
