Overall, O:LV was a wonderful place to stay to definitely complete the vacation that was needed and thoroughly enjoyed m

The location was perfect and walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, street food, fine dining, and shopping. the staff were amazing and very friendly, especially Lara, Joselouis, and a female overnight member. The decor and aesthetic was beyond expectations and definitely a photo in every space. The six showerheads, handheld, and waterfall shower that could fit 10 people was so relaxing. The rooftop is a must visit and the pool was warm which was nice and has a slope perimeter to enjoy the lagoon and views (sunset was amazing). Lastly, the digital concierge before even arriving until the time for check out was super nice and comforting for the price of my stay.

I did not like the mobile key for the elevator and doors. I think my case was the problem in connecting to the access pad. The mini fridge in the room made a faint breathing sound in the closet, no instructions on how to work the A/C using the remote, and I wish there was an actual window to look out in the Design Suite (I knew before booking) but the thin transom window in the bathroom allowed me to see if the sun was shining or not.

Very poor

Was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness. the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining the room. the rooftop amenities offered a breathtaking views of the city and provided wonderful space to relax.

Despite being advertised with windows on Booking.com the room we were staying in had NO windows...felt like we were in a jail cell. The doors of the rooms were very thin so we could hear other guests screaming late at night which added to discomfort. on the last night before departure, the power went out leaving us in sweltering heat 30C+ with no air conditioning, no light, no elevators - had to carry suitcases down the stairs and in total darkness... unacceptable for this caliber of the hotel... we haven't even been offered a discount for the inconveniences caused.

Disappointing

The pina coladas we’re amazing. The food was okay but way too pricey.

The room had a leak, (said it was the humidity) the floor was wet the whole trip except when housekeeping came to clean up. I had to sleep on the other side of the bed just so I wouldn’t fall. Good thing I was alone.

Location great everything was close enough to conveniently Uber . Very clean . Big beautiful bathroom

The water pressure went out and air condition went and no one came to fix it . I think that was a bit odd for how much o paid for my room . Damien checked is in and was not friendly the entire stay . He offered others shots and told us they were out then once he left we asked someone else and she gave us the shots . He told us the pool was closed for an event and in the elevator the woman who was over the event told us we were welcome to come until 6:30pm which was 3 hours later . After that I just spent most of my time on the island and not the room I paid for .

It was a nice hotel overall, the staff were very nice and caring and the room was clean.

AC didn't work in our room and had to be moved to another room for the rest of our stay, our rate was promised to be lowered to match the new room, but it wasn't in the end since I was charged the same amount. Our old room had a balcony while the new one didn't so I felt like we over paid.

Not the worst but for the price there are hotels out there with more amentities!

Service was outstanding, Shower was good. Location was fair. Close to airport (11mins) Pool on roof was nice.

Loss of power for a few hours 2 days straight Hot water would not stay hot during a shower. Overpriced Left over body hair in jacuzzi tub. Where pool is located there are people dining in same area.

I like the pool , jacuzzi , hotel staff was so good . cleanliness .

hotel doors was so noisy , very loud sound , I couldn’t take a nap . so sad . poor breakfast . won’t come back again . very poor internet service

The restaurant and view from the restaurant, on the rooftop, were great. Room was nice, spacious. Hotel decor was also great.
