Your staff made the unacceptable facilites tolerable if not enjoyable.
The facilites are in sore need of a deep clean and makeover. Musty smell, old carpeting, rusty and leaking bathroom fixtures, the building desperately needs a paint job at the minimum and the entire place needs a power wash.
