No restaurant
They have a little cafe at the lobby
with a long line for breakfast or you have to inconveniently walk across the street to their sister hotel.
It is dated, needs renovation.
Hope is in better shape when I go back in November.

Proximity to beach and old San Juan

The location was great. The ocean view rooms gave a beautiful view of the ocean. House keeping also cleans your room every day and it smells so fresh when you get back to your room.
When we first arrived there was a mildew smell that lasted the entire time we were there so I can imagine there is probably mold. The lady at the check in desk did not tell us any information about the hotel so we had to discover things as we walked around. The rooms definitely need an upgrade the couch in our room had stains all over it that made it look filthy. The sink was yellowing and had cracks in it. One elevator did not work so during busy times it took forever to get either to the lobby or your floor. The door to the balcony is not sealed well so it causes the room to be very humid. The quality for the price is not worth it and I do not recommend.
