Quick response to maintenance issues
The rooms were not cleaned daily and required some maintenance which could have been avoided if the staff were observant. The breakfast was bare minimum with limited choices.

Great location and great ocean view. Good coffee in the morning but zero protein to choose from being on a Carnivore diet lifestyle.
The room shows its age and lacks major maintenance. Carpet needs replacement or should be regularly shampooing. Bathroom tile grout was dirty and floor was slippery. The mattress was comfortable but bedsheets had some stains and you do not get an extra sheet but only have a low quality brown color blanket.
On our first night of 4, we asked the front desk for clothes hangers since there was none in the closet and a hair dryer. Those never came even though we were reasured it would be delivered. We just gave up. On our first full day in San Juan, when we got back to our room that evening, our door card did not work and had to be reprogrammed at the front desk on the second floor. The next evening coming back to the room, the door card did not work again. Had to go back down again to reprogrammed. We did not allow the experience to ruin our vacation. We can understand the aging signs of the room but we only ask keeping it clean. 4 months ago we stayed at Trieste, Italy for the same amount of nights but was 35% less money and was a 10 out of 10 hotel.
