Location - friendly staff - quirky
Breakfast - inconsistent quality of offering.
Noisy as renovation work happening.
Had not appreciated no bar/ restaurant at the Hotel.
Fabulous outdoor bath but no soap/ bubble bath etc provided. Got some eventually

Nice property Restaurant next door was awesome. The staff very nice.
The hotel cleaning staff was very helpful and nice. Great location.
The room we had would have been nice if it was bigger. The shower was a big waste due to size. It would be better with smaller shower and more space for room.

Beautiful and charming
We had a terrible experience in the restaurant by a wait person who lacked a basic understanding of the English language that ended up costing us a good deal more for bacon that was inedible. Shocking from a property possessing Small Luxury Hotels badge.
