Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som verkligen ansträngde sig för att få oss att trivas, de hjälpte till med att arrangera transport till Wet'n'joy water park samt var även behjälpliga med att visa vägen till en utmärkt pure veg restaurang I närheten.
Språkkunskaperna i engelska var sådär, men detta vägdes upp av en vänlig och hjälpsam inställning.

Location is good. Cleanliness is good.
Breakfast was not available. Ideally whenever breakfast is included in any accommodation facility. Unlimited Breakfast with Multiple options is offered. Here we could get only 3 Fix Plates, Sourced from outside. So you need to ascertain with Hotels, how they are going to offer it. It was waste of Money for us including breakfast in package.
No Play area for Kids.

Rooms and washrooms are very good , also staffs are cooperative.
Breakfast need to be have some more menus apart from bread and poha, no arrangement for six seater car to roam in lonavala
