The location, staff behaviour and the cleanliness.
There was no full day in room dinning restaurant so difficult to manage with kids in odd hours.

Very well situated in Lonavala in a quite locality. Not on the main road but walking distance to restaurants etc. Great views of the hills etc from one side of the hotel from the higher floors. Excellent food in the restaurant with an impressive breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff right from the reception to the others in the hotel. Rooms are new, compact and well designed. Big car park inside the premises.
The cushion on the bed is too soft and can be improved.

Room was beautiful and very well kept but could have been more comfortable as in space.
The breakfast was not upto the mark. The booking.com says exceptional very good breakfast. It was average. The buffet was stiff and stale. Fruit options were just 2 or 3, the toasters didn’t work on time, all options were Indian, no eggs, buns and donuts had fungus, milk was cold and stale. Corn flakes and mixes were soggy and moist due to dampness. I expected more
