Cama y aseos ideales. En si el apartamento estaba bien ubicado y demás. Facilidades.
En si el apartamento era un bajo que no terminaba de especificarse en las características y no se avisa en ningún sitio. Ventanas enfrente restaurante ruidoso. Al ser un bajo y a pesar de las normas de no hacer ruido en el edificio, la gente no lo respeta y vienen a altas horas molestando. Las cortinas no terminan de aislar de la luz del portal. Los suelos de madera del piso de arriba fue muy molesto durante todo el tiempo.

Het appartement ligt op een top locatie. In een gezellige, levendige buurt, maar toch heel rustig op de 3e etage.
Het dakterras is echt heel fijn en geeft een mooi uitzicht op de idyllische daken van Granada! Het bed ligt super, lekker veel ruimte. Deze grote bedden zijn schaars in Spanje.Twee airco's en daardoor heerlijk terwijl het buiten warm was. Goede douche.
De communicatie is echt super. Ze zijn heel erg vriendelijk en meedenkend. Daarnaast oplossingsgericht en attent. Ik heb nog niet eerder zo'n fijne communicatie gehad met een verhuurbedrijf.
Zoek niet verder als je graag wat zelfstandigheid wilt, rustig en fijn wilt slapen. Daarnaast is er ook een wasmachine beneden. En er is ook een lift.
Oh en als je met de auto komt. Parkeer hem ietsje verder bijvoorbeeld bij parkeergarage La Hipica (13 euro) en neem een uber naar het centrum (5-6 euro). Scheelt een hoop geld vergeleken met de autogarage vlakbij het centrum.
Helaas wat schimmelplekken (douche, slaapkamer en keuken door vochtproblemen), een kapotte wc bril en een koelkast die niet goed werkte (de koelkast staat in een gesloten kast, maar als je de deur openhoudt dan is er niks aan de hand). Daarnaast konden de wc bril en de schimmelplekken niet worden opgelost tijdens ons verblijf, maar ze beloofden ons dat dit wel na ons verblijf opgelost zou worden. Ons zijn ze hiermee netjes tegemoet gekomen. Dus ik hoop voor de volgende mensen na ons dat het helemaal is opgelost. Dan is dit een heel fijn verblijf in het centrum van Granada.

The property was in a fantastic location. There are some great restaurants around the corner but it wasn't noisy. We had a balcony where we could chill after dinner and enjoy the warm evenings.
The communication was excellent from start to finish. I would recommend staying in this property.
The bathroom needs a bit of attention as the toilete seat is cracked and the tap is really wobbly.
The balcony canapé is ripped and needs replacing as it's not providing any shade.
The sofa in the lounge isn't suitable to be slept on.

The location of the building in the historic centre, in walking distance of main sights and vegan restaurants The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped.
The apartment is the only one located on the ground floor. I wasn't aware of this when I booked, as misleading photos on booking.com show a terrace with city views, but requested first floor or above. On being informed it was the ground floor, I repeated my request and was offered the first floor, which I accepted. However, as soon as ny card was charged, a few days before I travelled to Spain, I was put back to the ground floor. The apartment itself was fine, but windows, apart from one, overlooked entrance area where a bright light was on 24/7, so had to keep curtains closed. Worse still, the lift in the entrance area meant I was constantly disturbed by other guests' comings and goings and loud talking. The apartments are called after areas of Granada and the ground floor one is 'Generalife' which to English speakers sounds like an insurance company! Perhaps the other guests were unaware there was an apartment there. There was no notice asking guests to keep quiet between 22.00 and 8.00, as.per the rules.The noise reached a crescendo on Friday night when the noise from nearby bars continued til 3 am! At one point drunken guests were running through the building shouting and laughing, accompanied by the clinking of bottles.
This ground floor apartment is entirely unsuitable for a holiday let, due to its location within the building, and would be best suited for business use.
I loved Granada, but would have enjoyed my stay more had I been in an apartment higher up.
