Posizione centralissima, parcheggio incluso, materassi e cuscini comodissimi, pulizia ottima, disponibilità dello staff per ogni esigenza (siamo arrivati all’1 di notte). Sarà sicuramente la nostra struttura di riferimento a Granada per futuri soggiorni.

El alojamiento tiene un menaje muy completo, las camas son muy cómodas, la comunicación con la empresa excelente. Pedimos una trona para el bebé y la pusieron. El aparcamiento es necesario en esta zona y nos vino de lujo.
La insonorización del edificio no es muy buena y se escucha a los vecinos si estos son ruidosos. Que la fianza tarde 15 días en liberarse me parece excesivo y me ha generado desconfianza.

Location is convenient. Lots of restaurants nearby. Generally nicely decorated but some bits are looking old. The apartment felt secured as the entrance of the building is locked as well. Parking entrance is tight but manageable. Parking space is spacious once you get in. It is honestly good enough to find an accomodation with parking space in the city.
The ensuite shower was blocked. One of the staff came to unblock it but it didn't help and he left the floor wet. Communication with the host was generally poor. The staff was not rude but not polite. English was limited as well.
