LA UBICACION Y LA AMPLITUD.
ROPA DE CAMA NECESITA UNA REPOSICION.NECESIDAD DE PASAMANOS EN LAS ESCALERAS.FALTA DE MANTENIMIENTO EN LOS BALOS: LAVABO NO TRAGA, MAMPARA NO CIERRA, TAPA INODORO ROTA, GRIFO DUCHA GOTEA Y TERMOSTATO IMPOSIBLE DE REGULAR BIEN. FALTA PINTAR Y HAY CUCARACHA.

läget var helt perfekt och trots väg utanför stördes man ej av biltrafik

A good location right opposite the sea and a short walk to all local facilities
The property has been allowed to fall into disrepair. A lot of things are held together with sellotape such as part of the frame around the front door and one leg of the table. There is an exposed wire at the top of the stairs. The upstairs shower door is broken. The main issue of concern is that the downstairs bedroom was overrun with cockroaches with 12 counted in all. Although there were bottles for shower gel etc in the shower they were empty
