**PLEASE NOTE: The guest who makes the reservation/the name on the rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, and he/she must be in the rental the entire length of the stay. The view is fantastic! The balcony was one of our favorite features, with comfortable seating plus a table and chairs for dining. We had four kids with us, and the layout provided plenty of space for everyone. The beach chairs were a nice surprise. If that was mentioned in the listing, I missed it, but it was a great bonus. The only area that felt a bit dated was the TVs. At this price point, updated smart TVs would be a welcome upgrade. The current setup required plugging and unplugging a separate box for each TV, so we ended up using our own Roku. The staff was very kind and attentive and tried to help us troubleshoot, and we were able to find a workaround. The property itself is wonderful, with two pools, a lazy river, clean elevators, charming lobby areas on each floor, and luggage and grocery carts that made loading and unloading easy. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again!

Great location and easy access to beach and pool. Very easy check-in with flexible staff. Shower water pressure was impressive. And while I know it’s a beach condo, it needs a good cleaning, particularly the floors. Getting close to remodel time too.

We had a great time. Six people could easily fit in the space. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, and the balcony offered lovely and soothing views. We had no trouble finding a spot, and the parking was perfect. In late December and January, everything is a little calmer and quieter, but that's precisely what we wanted from our vacation.

Really nice complex, pool area and outdoor amenities. However the condo could use a good run thru by maintenance. Garbage disposal didn’t work, toilet paper holder was broken and no lock on the bathroom door. No linens for the kitchen and the check-in process was a pain for late check-in. Office closes at 5pm. So you have to return the next day just to show your ID and sign in.
