Das schlechteste, was ich für so einen Preis je erlebt habe! Inhaber & Verwalter ein Witz!

Gefallen hat uns so gut wie NICHTS, an diesem Aufenthalt!

600 Euro für ein Aufenthalt ( 2 Nächte Nebensaison - Mitte Mai ) auf einer Baustelle, mit abgeklebten Fenstern ( 0 Sicht aus der Wohnung ), Baugerüsten auf dem Balkon und primitive Lügen/Ausreden des Immobilienverwalters und Inhabers. Die Krönung war dann, eine Gutschrift von rund 80,00 Euro anzubieten für diesen Witz! Man hat uns absichtlich nicht darüber informiert, dass diese Anlage seit ca 4 Tagen eine Baustelle ist. Fehlendes Verständnis und auch keine wirkliche Hilfe, als wir vor Ort waren ( ...ja, was sollen wir denn machen. Der Vermieter hat uns so spät informiert über die Baumaßnahmen... ) Wir haben nun knapp 500 Eure für eine Ferienwohnung bezahlt, die wir selber bewohnbar machen mussten. ( Folien der Fenster mit Leiter selbst entfernt ) Also alles in Allem, der größte Witz, den ich je erlebt habe. Und das, sollte ein Geschenk an unsere Großtante ( 83 Jahre alt ) sein, welche viele, viele Jahre mit ihrem Mann hier am Leuchtturm verbrachte. Aber eine Flasche Wein für die Frauen, macht alles wieder gut was... PS: Die Antwort auf meine Bewertung ist genauso eine Lüge. Man hat mich einmal versucht anzurufen! EINMAL! Und man hat mir auch keine Nachricht hinterlassen. Ich denke dass es IHRE Pflicht wäre, eine Nachricht zu hinterlassen, wenn es darum geht so eine Baustelle zu beziehen und den Kunden darüber zu informieren. Ich habe viele Anrufe am Tag auf meinem Handy, woher soll ich wissen, wer Sie sind und was sie wollen? Einfach eine Nachricht hinterlassen in einem doch so wichtigem Thema und gut ist. Und 30% vom reinen Mietpreis wurden gemindert, nicht vom Gesamtpreis. Das wären dann nämlich 172 Euro gewesen, ohne die Kurtaxe mit einfließen zu lassen. Das Angebot für eine andere Wohnung kam auch erst, als ich gedroht habe mir etwas anderes zu buchen und meinen Anwalt dabei um Hilfe zu bitten. Also tun sie bitte nicht so, als wenn sie zuvorkommend gewesen wären. Aber das passt alles, sie machen genau so weiter, wie wir es live vor Ort erlebt haben!
