Es waren an den Fenstern leider keine fliegengitter . Da es eine Kellerwohnung war …..wäre es schön gewesen um das Fenstern auch nachts offen zu haben .

Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Einfach, dass geradlinig und modern. Die Photos und die Raumaufteilung im Buchungsportal entsprechen der Realität. (Fast) Alle notwendigen Ausstattungen sind für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt vorhanden gewesen. Die Räume der Wohnung waren sauber. Ein extra Fahrradraum ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Lage im Keller war mir nicht bewusst und es wurde auch im Buchungsportal nicht darauf hingewiesen. Richtiges Lüften ist nicht möglich da jeder Fußgänger in die Wohnung schauen kann (auch bei gekippten Fenstern) oder gar einsteigen könnte. Durch Autos hatte man Abgase in der Wohnung. Ebenso Insekten und Dreck da kein Fliegengitter vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung ist durch die Kellerlage dunkel. Ausblick - trotz zentraler Lage - sind Füße und Autoreifen. Ein wohliges Wohngefühl kam daher nicht auf. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt bei dieser Wohnung leider nicht.
