Brand New Build in Ellicottville's village! The Gorgeous Chardonnay Chalet
About this house rental
Situated in Ellicottville, this lovely house for $300 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The Chardonnay Chalet is located in Ellicottville's beautiful village, at 37 Mill St. It is 100% new and the build was just finished in September 2019. Head to toe, Everything, with all of the furnishings, are all brand new for your comfort. From custom Amish furniture to very comfortable bedding, a wide-open kitchen/LR/Dining room we planned it well for your satisfaction. The Chardonnay turned out gorgeous and we couldn't be more pleased to offer it to you, hoping to have you back again and again. With 4 bedrooms ( all queen beds ), 3 full baths, and a very generous size deck with comfortable furniture for some outdoor living, you will feel plenty of comfort and room to breathe. There is a generous size parking area, TVs in every bedroom, a gas fireplace, powerful Wifi, and just about everything you would normally want at your home. On the entrance deck is also a ski/golf/activities locker. (Please supply your own padlock ). You will have 4 parking spaces to the right of the entrance. Please also ask about our Chateau Merlot ( property # 2652927 ) and Bordeau Bungalow ( property # 1440191 ) as well for when you are hosting a larger group than the Chardonnay Chalet alone will accommodate. Certainly appreciated the communication with Daryl the owner, he was most helpful. Would have no problem recommending this house to friends. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in this property twice -- last year and this -- and have been very happy with everything. The location is great for walking into town for dinner, since parking in town is difficult. It had everything we needed and is five minutes from both ski hills.

We couldn’t have had a better place to stay. Accommodations were perfect. Short walk to town. All good!

The property is conveniently located to downtown Ellicottville (a 10 minute walk at most) and Holiday Valley (a short drive) The place was very comfortable for 4 couples and we had more than enough room to hang out in the living area. Everything was clean and welcoming when we arrived. Perfect for our ski weekend. Dary is great! Highly recommend!

Very happy with the level of maintenance associated with this property! Nice big great room for hanging out; and plenty of bathrooms. Just be aware it is right next to active train tracks which will wake up some. I slept right through. :-)

We fully enjoyed our accommodations. Everything was as described by the listing information, well thought out and clean. Our group of 6 fit nicely. A larger group might want more living room seating. If the weather was a little warmer we would have walked into town. We would highly recommend Daryl’s rental and hope to return in the future.

We rented the Chardonnay for a weekend and we were extremely happy with the condo. There were four couples and there was plenty of room for relaxing in front of the fireplace. Cooking and eating at the large table was perfect. Four large bedrooms accommodated everyone’s needs. Daryl was wonderful. He was spot on with all communication. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

Came up to Ellicottville for a Halloween weekend getaway with friends. Great place to stay, very clean and new. All guests remarked on the quality of the beds and bathrooms. Daryl was awesome to deal with. Would stay again

Lovely, spacious 4 bedroom unit. Near, clean and supplied with the essentials. Loved the side covered porch for early morning chats over coffee. Cozy living room where all of us fit comfortably for TV, music and laughter!
