Absolutely perfect for my stay.
I loved the 2 minute walk to the beach.
I loved the fact that the balcony faced east, so I didn't have the hot sun all day, just in the morning whilst having breakfast.😊 I could see the sea from the balcony and there were some gorgeous big trees right opposite too. I could also see the big hill in the distance..just perfect. The air con worked really well as well, along with keeping the curtains closed during the day, the apartment stayed cool. The location is also perfect as its at the quiet end of town, so much less noise from restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the shower really good and the kitchen had all i needed.
I will definitely stay there again when I'm next in mogan.

Good location, generally clean and very well equipped.
Air Conditioning was not working, called the owner who got somebody straight away but it could not be fixed, this made the apartment very uncomfortable as it was so hot and unable to sleep. Part of the roof terrace was covered in dog excrement, much of the furniture and fencing was broken and dirty.
