I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the things I loved the most was the nice fragrance (wangi) throughout the hotel, which made the atmosphere very refreshing.
The staff were also very helpful. Firstly, our room had an issue where water was stagnant in the toilet. However, the staff quickly assisted us in changing to another room without any hassle. Their efficiency and friendliness made our stay much more comfortable.
