The hotel is cosy and comfy. Its location is good to access to the nearby commercial shops. Very quiet environment.
The staff is not always at the front counter. The air-con is a bit noisy.

The staffs were lovely. Jojo was very helpful. It’s a very basic hotel, I’d call it a backpacker’s place rather than a hotel.
Really need to redecorate the rooms. It is a cheap hotel so wasn’t expecting much because it was a stopover to Sepilok. But the first room had mould, requested a room change. 2nd room was a bit better but still had a musky smell.
No lifts so don’t book the 2nd floor if you have luggage.
