Bright clean room with rear view on to the forest. Mosque nearby but the call for prayer was pleasant and melodic rather than a cacophony. Comfortable twin beds, adequate storage space and clean bathroom. Kettle, cups and tea/coffee provided. Excellent breakfast. Good wi-fi. Early check in permitted although price of 50 MAR was a bit steep. Free luggage storage while we went on Kinabatangan river trip. Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the waterfront and close to Agnes Keith house. Good aircon.
Standard twin room was a bit on the small side. Much bigger rooms were available at a cheaper price with a late booking if only I had known

Perfect base for the night before Kinabatangan river cruise, very close to the pick up point for a lot of the operators.
Fairly clean and comfy
Staff very friendly and helpful
Not sure how thoroughly cleaned our room was, as I found a cigarette butt on the floor of the bathroom on our arrival!!
Other than that, the room appeared clean, sheets fresh

Great location and room was good for price i paid. However felt a little dated. Breakfast was decent.
The room felt dated, needs to be refurbished.
