Such good value, really comfortable room and good AC. V powerful shower and lots of space. Man at the desk was very helpful and recommend highly for cheap comfort.
I asked for the WiFi which they gave me at the desk but I couldn’t find the network from my room.

Location in the heart of the town.. nearby restaurants, shopping mall,, bas stand, money changer, market 5 minute walk.

Cheap location in the heart of the city., easy to find restaurants, groceries, bas stop, e hailing mosque, etc. 7 mile from airport, 2 mile from intercity bas stop.
Staircase no lift , my room at 3rd floor.

Central location with all types of restaurants and old city heritage trail in walking distance.
The place is a bit run down and there is no WiFi in the upper rooms, only near the reception. There were two sinks in my bathroom so that shower water should not flow to the toilet side. Unfortunately both sinks were blocked and I could only free the toilet side one. It is annoying to have to use the slippers to go to the toilet after a shower.
Price is too high for that.
