The location was excellent—very central, with many of Budapest’s main attractions within about 1 km. The apartment’s inverter A/C worked well for heating, which helped because the central heating was super weak.
The apartments face away from the main street, making them quiet and comfortable for sleeping. This was a big plus.
The communication was repetitive. I booked two apartments and received duplicate messages for almost everything. The Alfred check-in system added another step, with forms, entry codes and PINs to manage. This could be confusing for guests who are less comfortable with technology. Fewer messages and clearer check-in instructions would help.
Apartment No. 3 on the second floor had no shower toiletries. When I reported this to the host, the only response was “sorry,” and the issue remained unresolved during our three-day stay. These are basic essentials, and I would have expected the host to arrange for them to be supplied.

Excellent accommodation, clean, quiet and perfectly located. Quick and good communication with the owner and easy access to enter the yard. The light switches, above the bed, control all the lights and add to the perfect comfort.

The location is fantastic and very central. Anna always responded quickly to my questions, and I was pleased with the overall cleanliness.
The only thing I would have liked was the provision of the kind of towels and slippers found in hotels.
