Clean room, very nicely renovated, great central location, very well furnished, quiet at night, great AC
The "bedroom" was on the second floor balcony which was 1.5-1.6m tall ceiling - if you're taller than that, it's not the most comfortable to get to bed (but i'm sure other rooms around are the same)
The host - if you need anything after 10pm, you're on your own entirely.

The apartment is very well located, fully renovated and very cosy. Even though there is no reception, the staff is a message away and respond quickly to any queries.
The building is old but the Fusion Apartment’s section of the building is fully renovated.

Location, value for money
It was advertised for 2 bedrooms, we purposely chose this property for this type of room, but actually one bedroom apartment, the other bed is in the living room, very inconvenient and no privacy. I contacted the landlord but just ignored my message . False advertisement

The location was quite good, walking distance to the city center.
- white towels provided by the property had stain marks. When I informed the property, 5€ charge per towel was asked to replace them;
- it is super noisy in the apparent, you can hear every word your neighbors say;
- construction works;
- intensive traffics on the road at night, cars driving with open windows and loud music;
- the apartment is located on the 1st floor, which is technically level 3 of the building.
