Excellent stay!

Excellent communication, easy acccess to keys, absolutely quiet although being in the heart of Budapest, great shower, Smart TV, there was a second door to the street so you could feel safe in the patio area. Excellent stay!

Good location. The host should replace all the pillows immediately and must work on her reliability.

Good location, quiet surrounding, with sufficient utilities in the apartment (kitchen, shower...).

- There is AC in one room only. The other room is just a big freezer, because the radiators don't work. - Change all the pillows right away. they are flat and super uncomfortable. - The host broke a written agreement and changed the checkout time in less than 24 hour notice. - The suicide-stairs up to the beds are disturbing.

La ubicación es muy buena para conocer Budapest y el apartamento tiene lo necesario para una estancia corta.

La limpieza y el olor dentro del alojamiento podrían mejorar. El check-in fue incómodo porque la caja de llaves no funcionaba correctamente y tuvimos que buscar una alternativa. Además, la información sobre el Wi-Fi no estaba clara y solo encontramos la contraseña por nuestra cuenta el último día. Son aspectos solucionables, pero considero que el estado del alojamiento, el sistema de acceso y la información proporcionada al huésped deberían revisarse.
