Needs updating a a better cleaning service. Owner was nice and responsive.

Close to beach 2 story with pool

Was not cleaned well at all. Floors dirty bathroom and stained furniture needs replacement. Although they responded with sheets to cover the couch that was awfully stained the places needed to be cleaned. Staff on site spoke no English and could not communicate.

My family/friends stay at Emerald Seas so enjoyed being close to them and the beach.

previously stayed at this same location/same unit in the past. I did not feel that it was adequately stocked. When I inquired about it, I was told that it is not a hotel. When I stayed before, dish towels were at least provided. I have pics to prove it. When you travel, you do not bring dish soap, extra towels, toilet paper, you expect for the price that you pay for these items to be included. Very disappointed in this unit.

Really great location, Lots of Upgrades, Nice Little Town, Great For Work or Vaca

Quiet, Steps to the Beach and Pier, Plenty of options to either cook or eat out, 30 min from airport and inter-miami futbol stadium, Not too far to Boca or Drive to Miami for the day, wifi good for working. Plenty of towels and cooking supplies. A lot of upgrades look like they have been done and are being done, no complaints really, very cute place. Was able to get a lot of work done, especially since the weather was so terrible and the living area was very comfortable.

There isn’t central air, and since the weather is very bad in Florida, the little air conditioner in the wall/window is not the best and it is very loud. Bathroom floor and shower hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned, but there were plenty of cleaning supplies, so i just swept and mopped the bathroom floor and cleaned the shower,

We will never stay there again.

The location.

From the photos it looks much better and bigger. The sofa bed is tiny and super uncomfortable. And the shower needs bleaching or painting the tiles because it was so ugly. And I found it quite expensive compared to all the others we've stayed at. I don't recommend it for family.

We will NEVER stay at Lowki Property again.

I like the location of the property; its proximity to the beach and a variety of dining options. The kitchen facility is adequate. There is nothing more on a positive note that I can offer.

When we arrived; the unit had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. The unit only has a double bed that needs a new mattress. Swimming pool needs attention. No maid service during our 4 night stay. We arrived at Beachside Gardens at 12:30 am due to weather delay. When we called the Lowki Help Line, Robin arranged a hotel room at another facility, but suggested we walk the 4 miles to the 2nd facility (mind you, it was now 1am in an unfamiliar area, with luggage and I am over age 70 with a bad back... no offer to comp room for one night nor pay payment for transportation to new location and we had to return to Beachside Gardens the next day.)

Exceptional

Beachside Apts is a very nice place to stay in. It's clean inside and out. The unit I stayed in was very cozy with nice furniture and simple home decor that makes sense. It literally felt like it was my own apartment. Everything you need for the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, and doing laundry is available. There's so much they offer you; it's hard to complain about anything. The pool was nice, and I saw it get cleaned more than once in the 5 nights of my stay. Now THAT is a very good thing! And so, I highly recommend this place and will use them again and again!

No breakfast Great location

Dead bugs in bathroom. Furniture worn. We were told the apt. had been fumigated recently, but somebody should have checked before we arrived. My wife refused to stay there, and we were forced to find a place to sleep. We ended up spending $234 more. We also spent a large amount of time on the phone arguing back and forth and sending pictures we had taken. It was very frustrating for us.

traumatic! we have seen so many places in florida and the area but this is so far the worst!

Apart from its proximity to the beach, we liked almost nothing! The description and ratings online are way below the actual property, its facilities and most of all? its service!

Filthy! Dirty! low if not no maintenance at all!!! service is also way below standards!

Would book there again. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was wonderful. I've been in fancier places, but this was just fine.

The pool wasn't very clean, but that is because of the trees. The pool guy cleaned it and it would quickly get debris.

Very good

The room was great a little dirty but I cleaned it up. The outside by the pool was so so. After a day or Teo it was very dirty n the pool filthy I rarely used the poll. I either went to Club Lux to use their pool because i had a friend staying there or went to the beach. In June I stayed on club Lux and they had staff that kept the pool and the surrounding area around the pool clean. This property didn’t have not one person cleaning the pool or the area around the pool. Lots of roaches at night by the pool. At the other hotel we did not experience a roach problem at night and those things were HUGE!

Dirty pool. Dirty around the pool and lots of roaches at night especially by my room door. It was terrifying because they we’re huge.

The property was in a great location, steps away from the beach , restaurants and shops!!! Checked in early ,within minutes housekeeping arrived to clean up early!!
