The owner of the property is insane friendly, speaks perfect English also. The bed is really big and shower is really good. We also rented a motorcycle for 2 days.

The bed was very comfortable. Lovely and helpful staff.
The hotel is accessed by a very bumpy road so it’s hard to drive a scooter to the hotel.

nice big shower, big bed. one of the workers Loveniel was great.
not sure where they were getting in from- but we had a lot of bugs and a snake in our room. I also pre booked a transfer from Oslob, with the hotel. I confirmed the date time and # of people 3 times (including the night before our checkin) and they didn’t respond, ever message back or answer the phone, or show up at the port to pick us up. the google/apple maps location is also incorrect so it took forever for us and our taxi driver to find the entrance. (literally down a road that says private road) the roads to get in are very difficult as well. the room itself was okay but there could be better blinds/curtains, especially because you’re ground level so they always need to be closed or people can see into your room. it rained most of our stay and we would’ve loved a tv.

The location was wonderfully serene. The staff were excellent—especially Lovenell, who was very hospitable and responded promptly to all requests.
The shower was quite dirty, and the sink was leaking. The hot water wasn’t working, and there was a lot of black mold on both the floor and walls of the shower. The toilet seat is broken and shifts when you sit on it, which makes it very uncomfortable.
Additionally, the tour prices listed are outdated—they should update and reprint them.
