Beautiful property

You should have the option to get things sent to your phone in a text message. Most people on vacation are not checking emails

It was just okay.

The cabin is cute, you can tell someone put a lot of effort into the set up and decor. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. It gave privacy as I was traveling with my parents. The gentleman that checked us in was kind and helpful.

The property states it has a pool, it has one pool for the entire community that was full every day we went, therefore we didn’t get to experience that. The fully equipped kitchen was missing some things. we went out and bought pots and pans as the two small frying pans weren’t in the greatest condition. The kitchen utensils were also not in great shape. The washer and dryer was another reason I chose this property, and the dryer was not working. It took about 3 hours to dry one small load of clothes. We bought $70 worth of steaks that we had in marinade and brought with us because there was a grill. Upon looking at the grill it was disgusting. My dad spent a great deal of time scraping burnt residue off and cleaning it before we could make our steaks, and he didn’t get very far. It needs a serious clean. The entire cabin needs a deep cleaning. There was dirt and debris on the floor when we arrived and the showers had black residue that looked like mildew in them. when we turned the ceiling fans off at one point there is a lot of dust on them. There was hair in the bathroom my boyfriend and I used that did not come from anyone in my group. No one has long blonde hair. My son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room. The first time we went to pull it out there were a bunch on crumbs on top of the bed itself. The frame is not in good condition at all. It is bent and does not lay flat and is difficult to fold back up. Just to put it in perspective, to pay for this cabin for the five nights we stayed I had to work 60 hours. We paid what I though was a decent amount of money in hopes to take my parents, my boyfriend, and my son on a nice vacation. I’m pretty disappointed in the cabin, I guess I expected more for what I paid. With some cleaning and maintenance this place would be amazing.
