Lovely location and friendly atmosphere

Great location and friendly people and staff. The room was clean when we arrived. Wifi is not very good but it was working.

Some imperfections like some old dirt on the walls and not good smell (because of the moisture), but we kept the doors open and it was fine.

Juste horrible

À côté du port ce n’est pas mal pour les sorties en mer

Beaucoup trop de choses ! C’est juste horrible ce logement !! - l’humidité dans la chambre salle de bain, juste impressionnant et horrible . - pas de wifi - le ventilo est moisis . - pas d’accès à la plage à 100 m - la chambre est sale, les draps on des taches - pas d’accueil - les propriétaires sont à peine aimable . -le bruit tout les matins Bref faites demis tours c’est à fuir ! Et booking n’a rien voulu savoir ..alors que j’ai réservé tout les autres logement avec eux qui se sont très bien passé ..

Great location and overall great place for the price!

The owner was lovely! In a great central location, steps away from the beach and there’s a delicious, really cheap restaurant at the end of the street that’s convenient Af!

There was no one there when I checked in. You have to find the owner in the very last bungalow. Also there is no wifi, the room was not very clean, there were no toiletries, and I had to ask for towels. I stayed for 13 days and did not get my linen changed at all, which I didn’t really expect but the room felt dirty by the end. There is only a fan and the shower leaks constantly so the bathroom floor was always wet and attracted mosquitos. Also the walls are paper thin, and don’t block any noise, the bars next door play music till pretty late at night. Just writing this to be honest for other solo travelers!! :)

Wish i read reviews. Pointed to my room and that was as much as they gave me. It hadn't been cleaned, dirty towels on floor and the dresser had all stuff left from previous person. Told the wifi didn't work anymore and the bed was bad. Not great

disgusting filthy horrible place

I only giving one star as it is not possible to give no stars… I hated absolutely everything about this property

Upon arrival we could not find staff to check in, a young man emerged from a hut nearby and asked if we have booked a room, when we replied yes he then pointed at the room to indicate it was ours, he didn’t even ask who we were!!! Arriving into the room we found used towels and dirty bedsheets, water was not working either, floor was hairy and Sandy and visibly filthy, property smelt like a sewer and the fan was rusty… there is a big gap at the top of the door so mosquito heaven… then to make things worse our lock did not work so we went back to the hut and met the same man who was visibly annoyed at us disturbing him and he gave us a new lock… also the power went on one occasion.. just being in the property made me cry on two occasions just from the sheer disgustingness of the place. We would have left after checking in only we stayed on full moon night and everywhere else was very expensive… Checking out we could not find anyone so we just had to leave the key at the door… overall a truly awful and unsettling experience

Location was by the beach.

Needed to work but there was no WiFi. No soap in the bathroom. Only cold water and towel holder fell off the wall.

Beds are really old and uncomfortable. Rubbish in front of the room door. The room is hot as hell. Better go to Mikasa hotel next door. Better value for the money.

Nothing

The room was not clean at all. The blankets, sheets etc it seemed like it was it was already used. Cockroach in toilet. We just checked in and checked out at same time when we saw this.

location

on arrival we were told that of the 2 rooms we had booked only 1 was available. As it was the night before the full moon party, the island was obviously fully booked. After a lot of discussion we convinced the host to provide an additional bed to all sleep in the same room. When demanding the refund for the room that we had paid for but wasn't available, the host made no efforts to provide a solution. We then had to get in touch with the neighbour so that he could lend the money to the host so he could refund us. The neighbour also told us that the host had just gotten out of hospital and that the place was taken off booking.com, due to the mental condition of the host.

Value for money, but with poor facilities

Good location, value for money, friendly and helpful host, right by the sea

The room was not in a good condition, curtains and towels holders were falling down, the sink was ready to fall and the water walls running out of the tube, no hot ware, the flush was not working, no extra toilet paper

Its the best cheap private room we have stayed at.

Excellent location right next to the beach and near all the fun things to do in Koh Phangan. The property was very clean and the staff were lovely. Probably the best place I’ve stayed for the price. The perfect place to smoke and watch the sunset.

Location, price, quiet, friendly staff

Sun was getting through the curtains, it was hot, the curtains and towel holders were falling apart, the toilet flush was not working and the sink was leaking a lot
