A small Oasis in Tortuguero, with the sweetest staff.
Good food, good bar, positive vibes. The night turtle watching trip is a very strong experience, for all family members.
Remember you're in side a mangrove in a rainforest.

We enjoyed the nature tours with Marvin very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The canal tours is what I will remember the most. The room was simple and clean.
I assumed one of the tours would include the turtle watching. We had to set that up separately and it would have been nice to know that. It wasn’t the extra cost that bothered me, just that it wasn’t clear that it would be a separate tour.

Le lieu est beau et l’arrivée en bateau est très sympa
Le guide Verny était génial!
Le manque d’intimité dans les chambres et le manque d’isolation
La nourriture, ce sont les mêmes repas tous les jours et ce n’est pas très bon
Les employés pas toujours aimables et la communication sur booking compliquée. Nous ne prenions pas le bus depuis San José (nous étions en voiture) et ils nous répétaient de prendre le bus et que c’était dangereux de rouler nous-même (c’est faux)…
Comme nous restions 3 nuits nous avons eu une sortie kayak en plus, mais nous avons payé le “guide”… il ne parlait pas anglais et ne nous a rien expliqué (nous pensons que c’était un employé et pas un guide)
Nous avons également eu des repas hors buffet mais nous n’avions pas été prévenus, donc le repas est arrivé quand nous avions déjà fini de manger…
Pour 430€/nuit, le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais, si nous avions payé moitié moins nos attentes auraient été différentes
