The location, right in the center, the room was warm and spacious and not very noisy although we had a window to the street.
Reception is also an exchange office so people come and go and you might need to wait so they serve first their exchange clients. Breakfast was was extremely poor, no water, no decaf coffee, no orange juice or tea for kids, and no alternative food options, just eggs or sausage and you have to tell them in advance what you want to eat. There were no toiletries, other than hand soap. The water at the sink was running and the heating makes a constant noise when turned up.
