Geweldige locatie, vlakbij het strand, en vlakbij leuke eethuisjes enz en heerlijk centraal gelegen tussen plaatsen als Chichester, Brighton, Worthing en Portsmouth.
Dat er op de Nederlandse Booking.com website geen melding is gemaakt van het feit dat de verdieping boven apart verhuurd kan worden, waarvan ons dus niets bekend was. Op de Nederlandse Booking.com website stond zelfs "U heeft de accommodatie geheel voor uzelf" en pas na aankomst bleek, via de infomap in het huis dat die mogelijkheid van bewoners/huurders boven ons hoofd een mogelijkheid waren. Ik heb daar een paar dagen heel slecht van geslapen. En dan gezien de aanzienlijke kosten die hier gerekend zijn, heeft dat mijn vakantiegevoel behoorlijk verpest!

If you are in pursuit of contemporary luxury or the latest modernities, this residence may not align with those specific expectations. It does, however, thoughtfully provide all the essential provisions required for a fully comfortable and self-sufficient stay.

The location, nearby cafes, bars, shops and sea. Parking right outside, but only big enough for 1 car due hedge. 2 cars would have been very tight.
Considering the price, we expected more. The whole apartment needed a good clean. Empty plastic bottles under sink, half used toilet rolls, no cleaning cloths provided or tea/coffee. Toilet seat kept slipping despite trying to tighten. Remote control didn't work. No black bags provided as stated, for sheets, towels and refuse. Outside area also needed a good sweep. The photos shown on the booking page are not a true reflection of the apartment now. Such ashame as we were so looking forward to staying. The instruction/information folder was very good. Perhaps the owners are unaware of the issues as a management company look after the property.
It would have been very difficult if the apartment above had been booked at the same time with regards to access, noise and parking.
