About this house rental
Our spacious seaside home is perfectly positioned, in peaceful "Beach Town" 2 minutes walk from the seafront with tennis courts, golf and leisure facilities all a short walk away and a lovely local pub on our doorstep.
The house is set across 3 floors has 4 bedrooms, 3 receptions/cinema/games room, 2 bathrooms +1 toilet. Sleeps 9 guests. The rear garden features outdoor table and seating.
A lovely area with beach and countryside / South Downs all within easy reach.

The house is spacious and a convenient location to walk to the beach, mini golf, cafes along the seafront etc.
The kitchen has everything you need and we really appreciated the beach equipment in the shed. This is a family holiday home and was a nice place to spend a weekend with friends.
As other reviews mentioned, the garden is a bit sad and could be made really nice with not too much effort.
Unfortunately during our stay there was a maintenance issue which was quite stressful and made more so because we couldn't reach either of the hosts. We had also not received a reply to a question in advance of the stay, so have rated communication low. Other reviews suggest communicating with hosts was good so perhaps we were unlucky. We had a lovely weekend there with friends but probably won't stay again.

Pictures undersold property. Back garden could be more attractive to spend time in. But everything you needed away from home to spend time with friends.

There were some good touches …a bottle of Prosecco ..enough soap,loo rolls etc which have been missing in other places we have stayed in, but it’s not a place for toddlers and two people in their eighties ..,we were a multi generational family .The plumbing needs fixing and there were trailing wires everywhere . We asked where the keys were to open the windows but received no reply.The creaking floor boards could be fixed with a minimum of effort.Plus points were the local Londis which bakes its own bread and the proximity to the sea front . A big minus…not their fault …was a very abusive neighbour from no 11 who tried to stop us parking near the house.
