The facilities are great, especially for families. There’s a game room, a pool, and a toddler room. The pool cost an extra €25 which is a little annoying. The rooms are clean with little kitchenettes. But I think the best thing about this hotel is the value for how much you pay and what you get and above all every staff person we met was friendly and helpful, especially the German American lady at the front concierge. She was very hospitable and set the tone for a nice stay. The lady in the restaurant was Sweet and the gentleman and the pool level was helpful! Whoever is doing the hiring is doing a great job.
The extra charge to use the pool and for parking. But maybe this is a common European thing?

I like the kitchenette in the room, and the bathrooms are good as well.
Two nights of our stay, my wife took a shower in the evening, and it was only cold water, no hot water. We went to the front desk and complained, and they got the ball rolling to get the water fixed. We had hot water in the morning.

Nice large room, humungous bathroom, nice to have the bus stop right outside the door.
No free parking on site for the Aparthotel Guests, the main hotel free parking is off limits. Staff irritable most days and all requests seemed too much trouble. Not a lot of support if you're staying there for a few weeks.
