The location is fantastic and the apartment was clean.
We didn’t know there was no washing detergent. There’s also on place to hang multiple towels. If a washing machine is provided it’s useful to include info about detergent. There was dish washer tablets but nothing for the washing machine.

Easy to walk to transportation hubs and many attractions, restaurants and shopping.
Baixa-Chiado (green and blue lines) is practically next door).
The apartment is spacious and well appointed.
Loud at night (yelling, singing) especially on weekends nights (until well after 1 AM) and especially on the stairs running right by the bathroom window and next to bedroom.
Construction across the street from about 8 AM (weekdays).
Long wait at door of apartment for remote door opening (15 minutes).
Lobby (second) door access issues after two days. Customer support automatically assumed I forgot how to open it even after I sent video where the normal “click / beep) wasn’t happening. Met another couple who had similar issues. Multiple code retries eventually opened the the door.
Broken media remotes (TV broken, cable box missing battery cover so batteries kept falling out). They offered to try and replace the TV remote on last say, but by then it wa no longer relevant. Hopefully it got sorted for next guests.
Stinky washer resulted in smelly clothes which then required a trip to a laundromat to rewash.
White fuzz in entire left side of large counter, probably from toilet paper, so it was never wiped clean.
Ineffective support who, while polite, automatically assumed you are the issue.
For example when reporting the shower gel dispenser didn’t work I was told to press harder on it. Was already pressing until hard plastic met hard plastic. It was never addressed.
Calls were never answered, just messages through WhatsApp.
