Gem of a property located in a quiet part of Barcelona. The rooms are big and with all facilities that you could ask for. The bathroom was awesome as well. The sea view is also quite nice. The staff is very friendly, warm and courteous. They would do their best to respond to all requests. Definitely going to come back for another stay soon. Everything is perfect with this property. The art deco interior has its beautiful charm and the balcony with the amazing sea view is such a peaceful place to be. I was there with a friend. Each room has its unique style and configuration, that brings out the natural charm of the room.

Everything!! property is beautiful, rooms are great and bed is comfortable. Location is also a big plus as you have everything you need available just a few steps away from the property. the staff was excellent and we felt really welcomed, they were always very prompt for all our requests and we had a lovely time there. will come back for sure.

Would definitely recommend this property and for sure will be back there one day! 1. It is new. 2. Great sea view. 3. Very clean. 4. Love the style. 5. Location is perfect. 6. Space on the A floor is magnificent! 7. The one bedroom apartment has nice stairs view the window, plus a balcony, plus a black-out feature on the windows. Never had such an experience in 100+ places I stayed in before!

We stayed here for 8 nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The room is very nicely located, near / in the centre of the town. Next to us was a small church bell tower that woke us from time to time. The room itself was equipped with all the necessities, even laundry detergent and an electric stove. There is also free parking available right in the front door. We had all the space we needed with 2 people. When you go outside you immediately have an amazing view of the sea. The owner was really helpful and very kind to us, the contact with him was very pleasant and his respond time very quick. We would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice and quiet stay yet close to the city centre.

The balcony was great, a lovely view and spacious. The apartment had everything that we needed for our stay.

the building is on the main road along the coast so there is a little bit of noise, but it’s worth it to have a sea view!

Nice and really clean apartment, it is quiet at night time, and perfect to chill on the balcony. Dennis, our host is super friendly and helpful. I can not wish a better place to stay. There is everything what you need in the kitchen. Stove, toaster, kettle.

The location of the apartment is very convenient. Close to supermarket and downtown but at the same time in a quiet, peaceful area. It is super clean and has everything you might need (washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, two AC, balcony with a nice view etc.)

The location is one of the best neighbourhoods in town that is very easy to get around, not too touristy, quiet yet soo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets just a few blocks away. The studio is very convenient. Will definitely want to come back. Very clean everywhere with great amenities. Friendly host.

Wonderfully comfy beds in a beautifully equipped and stylish studio. I wish we’d booked more than one night and will certainly use it for our next trip to Zakynthos! Very convenient position in a nice neighbourhood. Very comfortable bed, plenty of space and a great kitchenette. Perfect stay for us.

The apartment was in a nice neighbourhood within a few minute walk of everything one could need, including the central square. Spotlessly clean, charming and decorated beautifully, super comfortable. Very, very nice host. Loved the whole experience. Would stay here again a million times over!
