The afternoon/evening staff was very friendly and courteous!

My bathroom was FILTHY there was no housekeeper so I had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies. There was hair all over the bathroom entryway, and the entire room. I had to disinfect everything before I could allow my children who are allergic to everything into the room. The pool was also filthy. The water was murky. There was no one in there to at least tell the children not to flip off of the furniture and splash into the pool. 

New facility. Rooms were spacious.

The location was near two busy highways.

Not much variety in the Breakfast. wasn’t much for vegans to in the breakfast either.

The staff here are exceptional! Personable, attentive, kind, and very helpful.

The young man that was there when we checked in was fantastic! Took the time to ask about our trip and offered recommendations if we needed them. Everyone that we saw at the front desk was always friendly and spoke to us.

Other than the Cracker Barrel and the gas station in the same parking lot, there wasn't anything really close by.

my room was by the ice Machine and it was extremely loud. breakfast was very limited

I love the close location to a store and food locations. The lobby is beautiful and open.

Our room was very spacious but had an odd smell. We found hair in the fridge door even though we didn’t use the fridge. The pull out couch had blood stains on the mattress cover and food crumbs were stuck on it. My son wasn’t allowed to sleep on it because it was not clean.

Only complaint is that although they were accommodating, the bath had no basic toiletries or cloths when we arrived.

the properties seems newer. the design of hotel room. the beds are amazingly comfortable. The Staff is great. They resolve noise issue quickly.

The house keeping could use a little work. We found a lot of hair that didn’t belong to my spouse and I in the bathroom and the couch.
