First room they gave me there were dirty towels left on the floor and and mystery grease all over the furniture. They gave me a different room which was nice and clean. Day two there I asked the front desk for turnover service 3 different times hours in-between asking them. And nothing was done at all. I would of liked my bed made, fresh towels, and the coffee in the room replenished so I could go about my days there. But that didn't happen then I got yelled by the cleaning lady for grabbing 2 coffee bags off the cart walking to my room. I've stayed there a handful of times and experience just gets worse. I will not be returning there again. I can go next door pay less and get better service.

Very nice stay , enjoyed having a 2 restaurants and a convienient store in the parking lot and a shuttle to the airport in the morning.

I chose this hotel because it was the newest in the area, but my guess who I had staying there, seem to have a few problems. The room had dog hair, then there was some type of fire, then to top it off, there was a bed bug in the room. So I was rather embarrassed needless to say, will I use this place again, I’m not sure.

It was absolutely horrible. We had 2 pillows and 1 blanket for 4 people. We asked swveral times for a pillow or blankets. They kept twlling us they had none. We had to go to walmart and buy pillows!!! There was no towels in the pool.

Excellent property in quiet safe area, 5 minutes from PHL, 20 minutes from “center city” Philadelphia, well managed with very friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was very clean, although there was a slight smokey smell when we first walked in, but it didn't linger. We noticed later while sitting on the couch that the smile detector had a plastic bag wrapped around it, and we told the front desk. The beds were very comfortable, and hot breakfast was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and helpful

Staff was very polite. We loved the room and the kitchen set up great for eating in. The lobby was nice and big. The smoking area outside with the fire pit was chill. But the only downside was we didn't get a chance to use the pool there were alot of kids using it. Some family parties were going on and the pool isn't that big to begin with. Apparently that happens alot is what I'm told. All be told it was a quiet and relaxing night.

Nice property convenient to airport with a couple of places to eat nearby. Only spent 1 night but nice size room and bathroom with a fridge, microwave, and dishes. Plenty of space for 2 people and 2 beds. Armani was great at check-in and Moe (breakfast staff) was a delight. Both prpfessional and cheerful. Would recommend a stay.

This hotel filled our needs for the night. We needed a hotel that was close to the airport due to an early morning flight. Home2Suites was not only what we needed, it was clean and quiet as well with very helpful staff.

Armani, The gentleman that checked me in when I arrived was extremely kind. There was a mistake with my reservation and he kindly explained to me what I needed to do to fix the issue. He was always kind and greeted us when we walked through the lobby.

The only thing is that I don’t believe the house keeper cleaned all parts of the room. The tub wasn’t too clean but they provided me with some cleaning products and I made sure it was clean. Other than that everything else was perfect

The property was extremely clean, and the rooms are large and very comfortable. The only unfavorable comment I have is about the pillows....they are extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. This hotel needs softer pillows!!
