Great cosy experience, location and support for our stay. Lacked some basics.

Great location and cosy. Most of the facilities were as expected and it was nice and clean.

Lacked some basics. No sugar left, only x1 dishwasher tabs, shower fixing is broken and wouldn’t stay making the showers interesting. No handwash in any location either? Cooker extractor didn’t seem to work, no can opener and sofa wasn’t the most comfortable.

Lovely clean stay, welcoming host. Perfect for visiting outlet shopping.

Location was perfect for what we wanted. Owner nice and friendly.

Found my pillows on the firm side, but that's down to personal preference.

Overall was perfect for what we needed it for but for the price I would’ve expected it to be comfier and cleaner

Location was perfect to get to steam museum

The bed was very uncomfortable, toilet seat was broke downstairs, had a funny smell in the property

Cannot recommend enough 5 stars

The personal touch from the landlord was amazing very down to earth person, the whole place felt warm and comforting and it wasn't 10 mins before we felt like home, even the small touches like having milk coffee and sugar in the kitchen ready made my day as was gagging for a coffee when we got there

Superb

Great place to stay when staying in the Swindon area. Right next door is the fashion outlet and the Steam Museum. We visited both and were charmed by the fact Swindon‘s history is enhanced even in the outlet there was a steam locomotive! The flat had everything we needed and more! Thanks for everything

It was difficult to air as the windows were high up and only opened a little bit. Not really tragic but it was quite warm in the flat.

Great value place, close to the designer outlet.

Amazing flexibility with check in, I was very grateful for the early check in (at short notice). The host was super accommodating. Great value for money. Fab for a single traveller or for a couple.

The property would benefit from ventilation. There was quite a lot of mildew around the main large window and there was a slight damp smell in the living space. But I am nitpicking. It's absolutely fine for a night or two and the host was amazing.

the place was perfect and clean very stylish and modern, everything was provided it was 5* accommodation. the staff were friendly and very helpful. amazing quality for an amazing price

Overall, liked the place, clean, fresh and very welcoming.

Cleanliness and the furniture/decor. The bed was super comfy as was the sofa. Will definitely consider staying there again in the future for sure.

Radiator nearest the window doesn't appear to be working. But that's about it.

Just needs some tweeks

Cute little place in a great location for visiting outlet. Lovely, friendly housekeepers and everything was nice and clean and fresh.

Personal preference I guess, but a king-size bed is always more comfortable for two adults. Beautifully clean comfortable bed/bedding but sadly I had to decamp to the sofa as not enough room. One of the springs on the sofa was poking through which made part of the sofa uncomfortable too.

The host was lovely! when we arrived to the apartment it was in immaculate condition and was a lot more spacious then we thought. really nice and secure place to stay! Me and my partner both felt very comfortable at the property and even said we would live there if we could.

Location, owners, property, parking and everything we're perfect for our trip

Outside the owners control the lighting in the communal areas of the building didn't work which was a bit of a concern when we came back in the evening

Nice apartment to stay for one night, shame about lack of coffee making facilities.

Location next to the Outlet centre was great, nice, clean and modern.

There were teabags and sugar, but no coffee sachets or milk sachets provided, so I couldn't make a hot drink. This feels an obvious omission. The wifi was very slow.

Very nice place! Marcus the Friendly Host! Great location for railway buffs. Lots of history here!

Fascinating building, being converted from an old railway workshop. Nicely appointed unit with lots of light. Great host who met us and was always available by text, including months before arrival. Steps from a great steam locomotive and railway museum!

Ran out of toilet paper... No aircon... Booking.com charged our credit card upon booking rather than a week before arrival, as the host was supposed to. Some technical problem there. Couldn't figure out the washing machine (but that's probably us). There was some damage in the place upon our arrival of which the host was unaware. No worries. There are some fancy light bulbs throughout the apt which emit so much heat, we had to leave them dark! This was during a heatwave in July, mind you.

Excellent conversion of former industrial premises. Well equipped and tastefully decorated. Owner helpfully supplied a folding bed for an extra child.

Could have done with better ventilation during the July 2022 heatwave.
