Very good stay - value for money. Friendly staff who made the stay all the more comfy.

Serene seclusion in an exquisite property in one of Goa's hearts.

Where can you get the sea on one side and a river on the other? Even just reaching the property with a 3 minute walk adds to its charm and feel of secluded privacy. Add to that the professional and warm service of the staff and you have one of the great properties of Goa. Why did I have to leave?.......

The best rooms are outside the budget of the average traveller.

Exotic. Great location..and a wide array of food

Great location. Serene environment. Comfort and luxury with a range of amenities and lots of different options including enough for vegetarians.

Needed to spend a couple of more days to experience it in its fullest.

A hidden Gem - Not to be missed.

Nestled at the end of a village walk. This resort is ideally located right on the beach. It also has a river running along the property. We stayed in the river view room which was a great choice as every morning sitting in your private balcony overlooking the river was one of the most amazing experiences. Totally Worth paying that little bit extra for this room. Being on the beach, the early morning and evening walks on the beach were also great. Look out for the surfing school and try the Yoga classes by the sea. Food was personalized for us the Chef offered to make some local delicacies for us to try. I only wish we would have stayed for a longer time and not moved to Vagator as unfortunately that part of Goa is not the quintessential Goa that I remember from my earlier trip. It has become over crowded and a concrete jungle.

I learnt that this resort has just undergone an extensive renovation after change in ownership to be launched as a Radisson Individuals Retreat, the gardens and landscape was patchy in some places. Although with time that too will fill up and add to the feel.

Lovely :)

Breakfast was good. Not a big spread...but enough. Location was pretty far from the Dabolim Airport...but perfect.

Wifi was an issue, but i think it`s a good thing only.

Disappointing

It's Near by beach. Outside environment, like climatic conditions and hills etc

Distance from centre of goa. Room ambiance is not good Room view is not good. Bathroom and toilet is not clean. Shower pipe leakage. Maintance is not good. Hot water not coming. If I complained no response. I thought to stay two days. Atlast finally within One day i checked out.....

Stay was pleasurable. Expectations fulfilled.

Location was good and arrangements were upto the mark. Swimming pool and beach side were very good.

There is about 100 metres walking distance to the hotel from main road which is not maintained properly. Reaching the main hotel is difficult.

Mixing of good and bad experience

Room is lavish very good

Every 5 minutes power will be trip. Total night v didn't have full. Sleep. V have to keep AC remote in our hand to switch on every five minutes. Three nights same.

Not value for money.

Ambience of hotel.

No co operative staff... Everything we have to pay extra... Not value for money... Power cut issues after every 5 min... No cleanliness.. After asking for cleaning they didn't clean at first..

Very bad, unsafe and remort property

They have ample space but don't know how to use it.

This property is not at all safe for couple or family travellers, hotel staff often stalk the females. Anybody could come into the property premises as there is no security at night. When hotel manager was asked about the same he doesn't give any answer as he is used to hear compaints. Very bad hotel management and poor hospitality. I had only stayed for one day but it was a very horrible experience.

I can't wait to go back there. It was everything you require when on vacation.

The breakfast was good. The location was awesome. The size of the room was greater than I had imagined. The pool was accessible at all times and the drinks were cheap too. The staff was very courteous.

While the drinks were cheap, we had only a few options to choose from; a handful at most.

Great place with wonderful staff who are ever smiling and willing to address your issues.

The room was splendid with a view to die for.

The food menu was really very dull with limited options.
