We absolutely loved our stay at Palma Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and genuinely welcoming place to stay in Goa.
From the moment we arrived, the whole team made us feel so well looked after. Kelly gave us such a warm welcome and was always checking in to see how we were getting on and if there was anything we needed. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
A special mention has to go to Karan in the bar and restaurant. He was absolutely fantastic and took such great care of us throughout our stay. He went completely off-menu to make cocktails and food specifically to our tastes, and he was always happy to accommodate whatever we asked for. His attention to detail and genuinely friendly service made such a difference to our stay.
We also want to mention Raj, Nikhil and Bunny, who were all brilliant and looked after us so well. In fact, the entire team at Palma were fantastic — everyone was friendly, attentive and genuinely seemed to want us to have a wonderful time.
And we have to mention the food, because it was exceptional. We genuinely didn't have a single bad bite to eat during our entire stay. Everything was fresh, beautifully prepared and unbelievably delicious. Breakfast in particular was fantastic, with so many made-to-order options prepared fresh for you. The smoothie bowls were amazing, and the caramelised banana pancakes were probably our favourite breakfast of the whole trip. The quality of the food really added to what was already a wonderful stay.
Our room was beautiful. We had a gorgeous beach-facing room with really high ceilings, and everything was absolutely spotless. The room was cleaned to perfection every day, with lovely toiletries, a huge shower, a really comfortable bed and a great-quality TV with Netflix — all the little details that make a stay feel special.
The gardens are beautiful and the beach is gorgeous.
I would like proper coffee in the room instead of instant but that's a very minor thing.

The location of the property is amazing. The beach in front of the property is so peaceful. The food and drinks were of top notch quality. Highly recommended for spending quality time with family and partners.

Clean & comfortable rooms, great access to the beach, excellent food (and coffee) - even with dietary restrictions. Exceptionally great service by the staff. Thank you Chris, Kelly, Sanjog and Raj.
The resident friendly dogs & cats are an added bonus.
The spa room. While the service by Toli was good - the spa room itself could do with some improvement.
