Cute apartment with nice beds - host must replace cleaner - looks like it wasn't cleaned in months.

Host was attentive to correct some issues. Host was thoughtful about making key collection simple for me, but I didn't get the message in time. Kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was comfortable and bedding very nice. Curtains blocked out light well. Charming older apartment with cute set up, a nice old fireplace and super high ceiling.

I believe there are two apartments being rented under this name, #3 and #4. One is better than the other, which may be why reviews are so mixed on this property. This review is for #4. There was a bit of miscommunication in getting the key - an assumption was made that I'd get messages prior to going to a location mention a week prior but had been changed. But it all worked out. While charming, the place is in need of serious renovation for the price being asked to stay there. The apartment is being "cleaned" with a very dirty mop. I swept up a lot of dirt and hair from pervious guests. Wondering if surfaces had been cleaned, I felt obliged to clean the place and always wear outdoor shoes until getting into bed. There were some plants but all were dead and with spiders. Best not to have any living plants at all in a rental. I found cigarillo ends, paper and plastic garbage under beds and in the washroom. There should be a laminated page on how to use the TV, what channels are available, and another on how to use the appliances. Not everyone will know how to use these and it's helpful. Wifi is expected in urban rental places and again, having a laminated card providing connection information is important.

The filthiest apartment you can rent on booking and the rudest owner you can text

Unfortunately this property is a scam, when we checked in in the first 10 minutes I texted the owner telling them that the apartment is filthy and dirty, they didnt reply, then we find out there are no any hand soaps to wash our hands, we had to clean the toilet, then when it came the time for one of us to take a shower it was full of previous tenants hair men and women as shown in the pictures, very rude owner he/she knows that its dirty and acknowledged that and did not want to give me back a full refund, we checked in the next morning and they did not want to refund us

L’emplacement est génial et l’appartement top, spacieux et pour le prix vraiment bien

Par contre la propreté n’est pas au rdv, on s’y attendait un peu mais c’est dommage car propre l’appartement pourrait être un 8-10 sans problème !
