This amazing place, just two meters from Riva Bianca, is a true beauty. The pictures don't even do justice to how big, unique, and comfy this three-bedroom house is – perfect for friends or families.
We really loved the barbecue, the huge dining table inside, and the AC in every bedroom.
This spot is a true gem, and we totally recommend booking it ASAP. It's a great home base for checking out Como and the areas around it, with tons of great restaurants within walking distance, supermarkets close by, and a reliable train just five minutes away to get you to the rest of Como and other big towns and cities.

It would be hard to pick any negatives about this property. The iron did leak a little but dont worry, it still works. We would of also liked a larger stock of toilet paper to save us heading out on day 2 to stock up

Es una casa preciosa y muy cómoda. Equipada con todo lo necesario. El lago tan cerca que parece parte de ella. El jardín muy disfrutable, con barbacoa, hamacas, una mesa para comer fuera... También tiene un balcón-terraza en la primera planta. La comunicación con el anfitrión muy bien. Se puede aparcar en la casa. Y el pueblo muy bonito con supermercado y tienda gourmet.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Both the private garden and the balcony are great places to relax and enjoy your time outdoors. The location is outstanding, as the apartment is practically on the beach, making it perfect for spending time by the water.
A private parking space is another big advantage. The apartment is also ideally located for exploring the surrounding area. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay.
The host welcomed us personally and took the time to show us around the apartment and explain all the amenities. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment. We would be happy to come back again.
The only downsides for me were the relatively slow internet connection and the rather noisy air conditioning. Otherwise, everything was great.

die Lage ist unübertroffen - direkt am Strand, Blick von der Terrasse, Ausstattung der Küche, Klimaanlage in allen Schlafräumen, Parkplatz eingezäunt, Balkon, riesiges Bad mit Whirlpoolbadewanne, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der immer ansprechbar ist
