We were met at the property by the wonderful hosts Gianni and Angela - who showed us around as we arrived. Place was perfect for us Rubicon end of town so a 25 min walk to the Marina area, but far enough out to be super quiet and night. The Villa was spotless. Had a few issues with booking.com platform but those were easily solved with good comms with the hosts. We come to Playa Blanca every year for over 10 years now, and have had some very good villas in this time. This is the first time we have decided that next year, we will come back to Villa Paquita again

Alles was perfect..Zeer proper en rustig gelegen..je voelt je direct thuis. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig en super vriendelijke eigenaars.

A great villa with all the things you need to hand, great for a family of 4 with 2 decent bedrooms, pool area is good.
A bit of a walk to the main restaurants etc, I couldn't find a small brush to clean up the BBQ properly, but that's it!!

The owners are lovely people and very helpful with everything you need! The villa itself and the pool is exactly like the pictures.
The villa is in a residential neighbourhood, so it's rather quiet. The neighbours do have dogs that you sometimes hear and there is light constructionwork going on in the daytime in a nearby neighbourhood. But still a rather quiet place to relax and explore the island.
