Well maintained and nicely furnished with a beautiful remodeled kitchen, plush living room furniture, two sunny bedrooms each with their own bathroom, washer/dryer and a great back patio PLUS zoned Air Conditioning and heat! Includes two assigned parking spaces. Two new high quality 4K televisions installed early 2021. The private community offers a swimming pool and spa, but with the nearby beach, fairgrounds, and plenty of shopping, you might not find the time to use it. A truly enjoyable home. This home comes with high speed internet (150mbps). The poolside clubhouse and barbecue area can be reserved for your modest event. You're less than a mile from Flower Hill Promenade which features great shopping and restaurants as well as Whole Foods Market. A small coastal town, Solana Beach is known for wide sandy beaches and great restaurants. Check out "Belly Up," a unique concert venue for nighttime entertainment. Surfy vibes, laid back, and pretty, Solana Beach has it all. You're just two blocks to the Cedros Avenue Design District where you'll discover more than 85 distinctive shops, retailers, and eateries that are sure to speak to your style. The condo is within walking distance of a variety of shopping, great restaurants, the Del Mar Race Track and fairgrounds, and the train to Los Angeles, Oceanside or San Diego. Centrally located in San Diego County, just minutes by car to world-class tourist attractions including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Petco Baseball Park and Legoland. 30 night minimum. Please note - Tenants will be responsible for the gas & electric bill. Running the AC can increase the normal estimated bill. This is a smoke free community. Our stay here was enjoyable mostly due to the location and proximity to the beach. Stubbs charges lots of fees and some can be waived so make sure to call and ask if you decide to book. When we arrived, the unit smelled strongly of cigarette/cigar smoke. It was not super clean and the microwave did not work. When Stubbs was notified, the employee dismissed my concerns about the smoke smell and said that it was not possible given the health conditions of the last guest who was in the unit. He stated that it was likely second hand smoke that came from someone smoking outside the unit. When someone has concerns like this, do not dismiss them or try to explain them away. I cannot recommend Stubbs to anyone because of this incident alone. Thankfully, someone who came to fix the microwave reported the smell back to the office and they scheduled a carpet cleaning. As for the vacation home, you are a 5 minute drive from Whole Foods and the beach, 5 mins walking distance to a playground. You can hop on the freeway easily and traffic seemed minimal minus school zone times. There is a pool (no hot tub) behind the unit. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. Laundry is convenient but is kept in a personal locked closet outside. We did have issues with the washing machine as well but someone did come to fix it. PLEASE ask the owner to replace the dishes as they are badly chipped and/or cracked. While I am thankful Stubbs was able to fix most things that were broken and have the carpet cleaned, I was not fond of having multiple people in and out of the house during covid.

We stayed here for a month while our home was being renovated. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.. Love the big comfy couch and beds are comfy too.
