Common areas were great. Excellent for our group of 22 people. Rooms were all good, clean and each had a small ensuite). Grant the host would answer calls (and answer questions), and arrange pick ups/drop offs on arrival and departure (no staff are present at the house after check in).
Breakfast wasn't included, but there is a very functional and large kitchen which is available to be used.. and lots of fridge/freezer space.
Location is a little out of town, but there are restaurants you can walk to. On a plus side, there are 2 cars made available to guests which is very handy. More explanation/information around how the bus system worked would be very useful.
