Good location, peaceful and with lovely views
There was a heatwave and the cabin was very hot it would have been nice for fans to be provided. The shower was very tricky to get to the rght temperature, boiling hot in a heatwave but we did mention to maintenance guy.

In a lovely area
Unfortunately there are negatives
Shower hard to get to right temperature ( the mixers look old )
Shower tray overfilling ( noted in previous reviews from 2025 )and not draining away and coming over top of shallow tray
Silicon around shower tray to tiles has obviously been done by a partially sighted person and for £165 with genius discount at £40 in total per night not a good look for a boutique lodge ,toilet seat loose and the worse for me ‘ hot tub emitting a constant drone and then every half hour running a cycle and was like having a tumble drier on in the next room to us ( it finally stopped around 2.30 am or more like I fell asleep ) and I did see if I could turn it off or adjust it
Needs sharpen up on fixtures and fittings and I don’t like provide negative feed back on my stay but it’s only right as it’s top end money
