Some staff were very good - the front office and restaurant team.
Front office did not get me the WiFi password on the first night.
The hotel did not seem to know of my booking/arrival, so they put me in a "reserve room" for the first night, but very neatly moved my stuff to another room the next day. The reserve room toilet/shower was not clean.

Breakfast wasn't reasonable compared to the price on B&B. More options on protean and fruits will be great.
