The staff members are genuinely caring and always attentive to customers' needs.
That taxi driver who overcharged us was not even associated with the hotel. Perhaps the hotel could consider checking the backgrounds of the taxi drivers they recommend to ensure a better experience for their guests.

Beautiful environment and nature reflecting. Also the amenities are great for personal hygiene.
Well maintained and enough space made our stay Comfortable also the supportive staff who were always flexible. Special mention to EBENEZER for a smooth check-in despite of late arrival.

Las camas eran cómodas y el personal amable
No salía agua caliente, tuvimos que llamar al personal y nos dejaron usar otro baño pero aún así nuestra habitación tenía 2 baños y no salíaen ninguno de ellos. Nos dieron además una habitación diferente por la que habíamos pagado. Habíamos pagado una habitación con cama extragrande y cama grande y nos dieron una de 2 camas individuales y una cama grande.
